Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@ellisontoys.com to request a return authorization.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label or your preferred shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing of your exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In cases where we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Custom or personalized products
- Downloadable products or digital content
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
